Chen Huang

About

​Chen Huang was a visiting student in Electronic Engineering at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). He is an undergraduate majoring in Microelectronic Science and Engineering at Anhui University (AHU).

Research Interests

​Chen's research interests included Wide band-gap semiconductor Optoelectronic devices; and Nanofabrication processes.

Awards and Distinctions

  • ​April 2018, Honorable Mention in Mathematical Contest in Modeling.
  • November 2017, 1st Prize in Anhui Province Radio Direction Finding Competition.
