Ranita Halder

TCAD simulation
Ranita Halder is currently working as a remote intern at SAMA lab, KAUST, Saudi Arabia. She received her B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) and M.Tech (Master of Technology) from Kalyani Government Engineering College under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University Of Technology, India, in 2018 and 2020 respectively. Her research interests include Nanoscale Devices, Nano Electronics computing.
